If you want to experience the fishing action of the area, Sanibel Saltwater Adventures is there for you! The highly experienced Captain Daniel Muench will take you under his wing, and he’ll show you all the tricks and tips to get the right catch.
Explore the area on board what is considered to be one of the finest flats boats on the market today. The 18’ Maverick can accommodate 2 guests, so it’s perfect for couples or fishing with your best bud. This boat is great in rough conditions and the shallowest of creeks!
This charter specializes in fishing with inshore and nearshore areas of Sanibel Island, along with flats and backcountry locations throughout Pine Island and Matlacha areas.
You just need to show up, as the trip covers your Florida fishing license, and all the necessary fishing gear and lures. Sometimes live bait will be used when available. Cold bottled water will be available for you and is included. If you would like to take some fresh fish home with you, Captain Dan will be happy to clean them for you!

Great light tackle guide.
Capt. Dan is a great guide and a pleasure to be on the boat with. Very knowledgeable about where to find all the local species. We had a great day fishing top water for snook, trout and redfish around Sanibel. Boat was a high quality flats boat. Highly recommended.

A memorable day
Don’t hesitate to book Captain Dan for your next fishing charter. We had an action filled day catching snook, redfish, and mangrove snapper. Today was one of, if not the best fishing charter experiences I have had so far in my life. We even got to see some dolphin, and a manatee when traveling to different areas. Captain Dan is a great teacher, and is super fun to fish with. Thank you again for the wonderful adventure!

Was an amazing time, the captain knew all the spots where to catch em, caught plenty of fish, easy pick up location and caught so many different species of fish out there. Highly recommend!

Captain Daniel Muench showed us what a day of fishing looks like - from catching the live bait to reeling in the target. He knew the ins and outs & made it a smooth day. It was a great day of catching fish. My wife, who does not fish a lot at all, loved every moment of the trip. She even battled a 32.5inch Snook. Thank you for a great day!

Fishing with Capt Dan is a blast, easy going no stress kinda of guy. Capt Dan gave good instructions on how to go about fishing for snook, redfish and speckled trout. He uses top quality gear, letting me fish with his brand new reels and G Loomis rods Definitely will rebook with Capt Dan on future trips to ft myers
