Alpha Fishing Charters has been running charters out of Pensacola Pass for several years now, making hundreds of anglers happy. Its crew wants to show you what a great time and learning experience a good fishing charter can provide. Captain Devin Cantello and his first mate maintain a very high success rate and will continue to give it their all to put you on the fish. Join them in Pensacola, Florida and have an unforgettable experience on the water!
Your trip starts on a restored 25’ SeaCraft center console that sits up to 6 guests. It’s powered by a 250 HP Suzuki engine and uses all the needed navigation gear uses for efficient and safe movement on the water. The boat features a wireless trolling motor and a cooler to store the beverages and snacks you may want to bring. This is a separate cooler than where your catch will be stored. The boat’s also got a livewell for providing live bait.
Red Snapper, Gag Grouper, Amberjack, Bonito, Triggerfish, and King Mackerel are just some of the species you can chase. You’ll use bottom fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging to attract them, all using light and heavy tackle. You can keep your catch as well as bring kids aboard.
The crew will supply all bait, tackle, and licensing and will also clean and bag your catch. You’ll also get water but you’re more than welcome to bring other beverages as well as food! Please avoid bringing glass bottles as well as coolers bigger than a lunch box due to keeping boat weight to a minimum. The onboard cooler has plenty of space for your storage needs. When dressing for the trip, please wear shoes with good tread (close toes shoes are not required).

Great fishing experience targeting Amber Jacks! Captain Devin didn’t hesitate to do what was requested. He worked hard to make sure we had a good time. Would definitely recommend him for off shore fishing trips and if we ever get a chance to come back to Penescola we would love to go out again with Captain Devin!

Best Trip
Not only did we catch a bunch of fish. Blue Angels were practicing on our way out. What a start. Capt Devin put us on fish and kept moving to make sure we stayed on them. Caught to many to count and keep enough for supper. Our 10 year old son had a blast as did we. Highly recommend and will be booking again.

Huge amberjack
We went out on a rainy day but the captain managed to avoid rain at all cost. We did not want to catch dinner we had anted to sport fish and the captain made sure we did just that. He made sure we were on the bigger fish. Was a trip of a life time for me!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time on the water. We caught our limit in fish, and our Captain was very knowledgeable about where to put us to have the best luck. He was also quick to assist in anything we needed. Will be back!
