Elligail 

We had an incredible day on the water! Booked the Elligail for our birthday fishing trip yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. We caught about 8 roxkfish and had to throw a couple back as one was too small and the other too large! Top-notch vessel - The Elligail is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a successful trip. The crew accommodates our disabled passenger by bringing the boat to ta convenient loading area and arranged for the wheelchair to be stored. Outstanding crew - Both the captain and mate were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to be around Kid-friendly atmosphere - The crew went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome and included, helping them with their lines and celebrating every catch. When Nature Threw a Curveball: A sudden storm rolled in during our trip, and the captain handled the situation professionally and safely, getting us back to port without any issues. What could have been a scary situation became just another part of the adventure thanks to their skill and calm demeanor. Bottom Line: The Elligail team knows how to run a charter. Great boat, great crew, great fishing, and they handle unexpected situations with professionalism. Highly recommended for families , mobile impaired and anyone looking for a quality charter experience

This was our family's first charter fishing trip. We were in excellent hands with Capt Muscles and First Mate Cory. Their years of experience and wealth of knowledge allowed us to have an amazing experience on the water. They provided expert advice and valuable techniques allowing us to catch our share of Rockfish (2 per person). We also had time to do more fishing for bait fish which was a blast. First Mate Cory cleaned and filleted our catch which we took home and made some for dinner... just amazing! Thank you for a great time!

This was a trip over a year in the making. After COVID and hundreds of miles between us and our family, we were finally able to reunite and have some fun together. This was our first charter with Elligail. Our day started slow with only a few pulls, followed by a fairly long dry spell and the fish just weren’t cooperating. That did not deter Captain Dan and Mate Scott. Together, they put their decades of experience and deep knowledge of the Chesapeake to navigate us to find the honey pot area, and believe me they did not disappoint. Once we got there, it was all lines in and we started getting hits like popcorn; one right after the other, we started reeling in some hard fighting and large striped bass. We got our limit before we knew it! An amazing trip, an amazing crew made for a trip where we made lasting memories with our family. It was so good, we plan to make it an annual family tradition from now on. Thank you again Captain Dan, First Mate Scott and Sawyer. 10/10 Amazing trip and can’t wait to do it again!

We didn’t catch a lot of fish but everyone at least caught one which was the good part.

Wasn’t perfect conditions to fish tides weren’t right And we just had a hurricane the week before. But the captain animate tried to find us fish. We Caught one Striper and two catfish. FishingBooker advertises eight hours, but they only run a six hour trip tops.

Rented the boat to spend some fun time with family and we had an absolute blast! And caught a ton of fish!

Grandson's birthday wish included fishing. We Exceeded his expectations thanks to Captain Chuck & crew! Took us to best spots, kept lines baited, coached during processes and made everyone feel like welcome family. Our chatter-box 8 year old, was the luckiet fisherman, can't say enough how great the trip was. The birthday boy caught a 25" rockfish! Thankful the crew handled the net! Love to do this again!

Both gentlemen were very respectful, funny, & very cool. I definitely will be coming back and we’ll be recommending to my friends/family. Thanks captain chuck, we all had a great time. Thanks for the restaurant tip, fresh fried food was great 👍🏼
