Relax, enjoy, and have a fun day on the water together with Southern Addiction Outfitters. Starting out of Venice, Louisiana, you’ll be fishing inshore and coastal areas of the Mississippi River Delta in search of all Venice has to offer. Captain Bryan Marshall strives to complete your bucket list and send you home with memories to last. Join him aboard and have a great time fishing in Louisiana.
Your trip will start on a 24’ Triton bay boat that can sit up to 4 anglers. It runs on a 400r Mercury verado engine and uses full-featured navigation technology to keep you safe and on the right course all the time. To make your approach to the fish more silent, the boat is equipped with a wireless trolling motor. It also features a livewell to provide you with live bait.
The species you’ll encounter on your trip include Red and Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Tripletail, Cobia, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, and Redfish. Using light tackle, you’ll be bottom fishing, spinning, jigging, as well as popping in order to attract your prey. You can keep the fish you catch as well as bring kids on your trip.
The captain will provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle, and lures. The things you’ll need for the trip include fishing licenses, food, and drinks. Live bait is an an additional cost of $25.00 per person. Kids under 16 fish free! Kids life jackets are not provided due to size differences. Must provide life jackets for kids under 16. All trips are plus fuel.

Red snapper/ combo trip + fuel
FISH ON!!!
Overall it was a great fishing trip. Limited out on snapper quick! Had to make several runs to different spots chasing the redfish. We almost limited out on the reds with seven. had a little hiccup at the cleaning station back at the marina but the captain remedied that. I got to catch a 30 lb bull redfish so i was a hopy camper. Thanks captain!

Great Snapper and inshore day
Started inshore with a great mix of fish and non stop bite for redfish, sheepshead and trout. When the bite slowed we went for snapper out deep and hit our limit within 45 minutes. Would have been quicker if it was for a big shark stealing a fish.

Captain Marshall is ABSOLUTELY has the best Guide service in Venice!
I would highly recommend Captain Marshall! He ALWAYS puts us on fish, his attention to detail is second to NONE! If you fish Venice - make sure to get scheduled early - his schedule gets booked up fast for a reason!
