Orland Outfitters LLC invites you to enjoy a lovely fishing experience out of Red Bluff, California. Not only does this area have some of the finest fishing in Northern California, but it allows you to see bald eagles, golden eagles, and osprey too! Captain Mike Hendry will take you on a river trip, where you can enjoy beautiful nature, watch lots of beavers and river otters, and have fun fishing!
Your vessel for the day is a 22’ North River jet boat that fits up to 4 anglers. It uses a 350 HP Kodiak engine, GPS, fishfinder, VHF radio, and radar navigation electronics. It’s equipped with downriggers and a livewell and also features an ice-box you can use for storing your catch.
Using light tackle, you and Capt. Mike will be fishing rivers for Chinook Salmon and Rainbow Trout. You’ll be keeping the fish you catch so you can enjoy some tasty meals with your loved ones after the trip. Kids are welcome to join, so use this chance to enjoy a lovely family time on the water.
The captain will take care of all the rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and lures, as well catch cleaning. Just bring the food and drinks of your choice, and don’t forget your license before you start the trip.

Captain Mike started fishing when he was 10 years old. In 1989, he started his own guide service at the age of 26, offering trips for Trout, Salmon, and American Shad. He added Striped Bass to the mix in 1992. He fishes the Feather and Sacramento Rivers, which boast some of the finest fishing on the West Coast.
