Fishing Offshore Noosa operates out of Noosa, in the heart of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It runs a selection of trips to suit any taste among the various reefs in the area, even heading as far out as Barwon Banks and Double Island point in search of the best spots.
The Trekka 2 is a 32 ft Cougar Cat with room for up to 12 guests. Powered by a pair of 300HP Yamaha engines up to a cruising speed of 30 knots, you’ll be sure to get out to the deep waters in no time, while her twin hull design makes for a stable ride even at speed. She comes equipped with GPS and fishfinder to make sure you track down the best catch, as well as outriggers, live bait tank, and everything you will need for your day’s fishing. She also boasts a full multimedia system, and a head for extra comfort on those longer trips.
Fishing Offshore Noosa specialises in targeting reefs, wrecks and deep blue waters, trolling, jigging and bottom fishing for a wide range of species such as Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Pearl Perch, Spanish Mackerel, and even Tuna and Sailfish. The crew know these waters well and will make sure to take you to the spots that will make best use of your time, so you always come away with something special!
All trips come with live bait, lunch, and a free catch cleaning service on the dock.

Good day, welcome crew only issue was they need to be open with communication as to they are doing - not to presume what they are doing - I could see some of passengers looked a bit confused when trolling and then the crew fishing for bait - the participants could have been included rather than standing around watching the crew fish - other than this - all good.

Went fishing on December 28, 2017
May as well not take fishing lines, just admire the houses along the Noosa coastline. Due to depart at 6am, but had to depart at 5 due to skipper wanting to be back in time to do 2 trips that day, just a money making venture for the owner.
