The fish in these waters include Steelhead, Sturgeon, Smallmouth Bass, Lingcod, Black Seabass, Chinook Salmon, and more, depending on when you go. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Capt. Zach also offers fly fishing and will include the fly gear.

Your boat for the day is a 26’ Aluminum fishing with space for 6 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned.

Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Families making a day of it will be glad that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
