Night Fishing on August 14, 2026 • 2 adultsI went fishing with Ozzy twice – once in the fjords and once out on the open sea. Over the two trips, we caught 44 fish from 10 different species, including 9 ling, 4 rays, 6 tusk, as well as cod, dab, haddock and hake. Ozzy is not only a highly experienced guide and a true fishing enthusiast – he is also simply a great guy: friendly, patient and genuinely committed to making sure everyone has a fantastic time, including the youngest anglers. I can wholeheartedly recommend fishing with Ozzy to anyone visiting the Ålesund area. We had a fantastic experience, and I sincerely hope to come back and fish with him again!

He graciously let us start the trip once we got into port with our cruise, was very knowledgeable and personal, worked hard to ensure everyone caught fish and had plenty of snacks/water. Also great communication with him before the trip — very responsive. we caught 4 different types of fish on our trip and about 2 dozen in total — despite the weather being less than ideal. Would definitely book with him again should we ever return to Norway.

Ozzy knows his stuff on finding specific species, told him i wanted to target Hake so we set out for them and ended the day with 8 decent Hake!! It was just a short boat ride out to our spot and the moment I dropped my line, I had a fish on!
