You’ll fish under the guidance of Captain Ruben San Miguel Jr, a skilled angler with lots of experience on Texan inshore waters. He’ll meet you in Rockport and provide you with all the gear and help needed for a safe, enjoyable, as well as productive fishing trip. Pick a day that suits you and join him aboard for a fishing trip you won’t soon forget!
Your boat for the day will be a 23’ Weldcraft aluminum fishing boat fit to carry up to 4 guests. It’s powered by a 150 HP Mercury engine and equipped with modern GPS electronics that will help everybody have a quick and efficient reach to the fish and back.
Using light tackle, you and the captain will be searching Texan bountiful flats for Speckled Trout, Redfish, and Black Drum. If you want to, you’re free to keep the fish you catch and prepare some tasty meals for you and your loved ones.
When it comes to things needed for the trip, Captain Ruben will take care of all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, as well as live bait. In case you want to keep your catch, he also offers to clean it and fillet it for you after the trip, at no extra cost. Before you depart, just make sure to bring your drinks, snacks, and fishing licenses.

Great Fishing Guide
Capt Ruben really put us on the fish! Day was cold, windy and slow all morning, but Capt kept us out longer to make sure we got our limit of Reds and a couple Black Drum. Will definitely use Capt Ruben again!

This trip was amazing! From great conversation and laughs to pulling good sized reds! Captain Ruben was great at putting us on the fish and was kind enough to keep us a little later than our time for a chance to limit out(which we did thanks to him)! 10/10 recommend!
