Head out with Captain Leon Somers, who has been fishing these waters all his life. He’ll take you to all the best spots for a variety of fish aboard a 24’ Everglades center console. She can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comes equipped with GPS, Fishfinder, a wireless trolling motor, and a live well. There’s also a portable toilet to make longer trips more comfortable.
In waters as diverse as these are, a great catch is all but guaranteed. Stay closer to shore and you’ll hook into Tarpon, Black Drum, Redfish, and Snook. On longer trips, you’ll take advantage of the incredible reef system to go after the likes of Snapper, Sea Bass, Grouper, Cobia, and Sharks.
Not only will Capt. Leon help you track down a trophy catch, but he’ll also bring along top-notch equipment. You’ll find Open Face spinning reels and Penn and Tiger rods on board. At the end of the trip, the first mate is happy to clean and fillet your catch. He works hard to make sure you have a good time and tips are appreciated.
