Salty Hooks Fishing is located in Cape Canaveral and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Captain Dach’s goal is to make each and every charter fun and exciting by using light fishing tackle to catch bigger fish so you can feel their power while fighting.
Capt. Dach will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 5 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for King Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, Sailfish, Amberjack, Bonito, and Tuna, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing, popping, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 34’ 8" LOA Everglades boat and a beamwidth of 11’ that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet, an ice-box, plenty of dry storage for your snacks, and there are ice and bottled water. Just bring snacks and drinks for your party. The fishing electronics are the newest and greatest out on the market 2 Garmin touch screens on the helm, a radar up top, and an Airmar transducer to see what is below us.
All rods, reels, terminal tackle, live and frozen bait, and ice are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.
