S.S. Charters – Sight Fish the Flats! 

Simply outstanding flats trip with Captain Sean. We caught some great permit and saw tons of other critters (sharks, turtles, rays, birds). Captain Sean had the exact right gear and bait to get the fish. One of if not the best chartered trips I have been on.

2 Permit. 1st time fishing for them. What a day!

Sean was a great guide; knowledgeable, personable and determined to find the fish and provide a great experience. Would definitely repeat the trip!

My 16 year old son and I went out with Sean for our first time sight fishing in the flats. Sean was great and clearly an expert flats fisherman. The flats were beautiful with crystal clear waters. We saw large snook (hooked one but it got away), many different schools of bonefish, and permit. It requires patience to find the fish but Sean knows exactly where to look and will find them if they are there. We ultimately caught 1 bonefish (my son’s first) and 1 very huge permit. The bonefish are skiddish so we saw many more than we caught as we were learning the technique and trying to make the perfect cast. Sean was a great guide and coach, friendly, helpful, and knows the area exceedingly well. We hope to go again in the years to come! It was a last minute booking done blindly with the goal of making an awesome memory with my 12 year old son. I had no idea what to expect, but Sean’s clear and continuous communication let me know that we were in the hands of a true professional. When we arrived, the boat was spotless and ready to go after he went over safety protocols, how he was going to call out casting instructions and a general overview of where we were going to fish. Despite the “not so ideal” conditions, he made sure we had a smooth and comfortable ride to the spot. He took us on a great trip and educated us on what we were looking at and looking for. We had many heart racing moments thanks to his depth of knowledge and patience in getting us to the right spots. Guides tend to loose their patience towards the end of a trip, but Sean always kept the mood calm and at no time made us feel rushed in any way. I was lucky to have chosen his services and can’t wait to head back out with him to make more awesome memories with my son. See you soon Sean!

Captain Sean made for a memorable trip with my 12 year old Daughter. He got us opportunity for bonefish, a tarpon and a big permit. Caught my first bonefish and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend Sean!!

I was looking for a Captain to take us flats fishing on a quick headway to the Keys. I found so much more in our day with Captain Sean. He was patient with my twelve year old and taught us both all about the waterways and the different species that occupy them. Highly recommend booking a charter.

We had a nice half day fishing in shallow water. The conditions were not the best unfortunately but we saw some cool wild life and caught a small shark. Captain Sean took really good care of us and even extended the trip for some time because fishing was a bit slow this day. Overall a nice experience and we will be back some later time for more fishing!
