Expect to use techniques like light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, or jigging, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 6 to 10-hour trips, where you’ll be fishing for the likes of Seabass, Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, or Rockfish, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 30’ Parker 2320 boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat features a toilet, ice box, and a wireless trolling motor.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water.
Remember to buy a fishing license before the trip!
You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.

Bent Rod Sportfishing was an excellent experience. The captain was knowledgeable and knew exactly where the fish were biting. Everyone had a wonderful time and we all caught a lot of fish.

Salmon Season is CLOSED 2025 on May 6, 2022
It was a beautiful day on the water. Plenty of bait areas but the fish just weren’t biting. Captain Sergio pulled out all the stops with various lures, rigs, and bait. Had a few good hits but couldn’t land the halibut or salmon. We had a good experience fishing the Central Coast out of Morro Bay and will definitely recommend a charter trip on the Bent Rod with Captain Sergio at the helm.
