Top Notch Adventures, located in Port Orange, FL, is ready to take you on an exciting day exploring these abundant waters!
Capt. Aaron will go above and beyond to help you land your dream fish and ensure you have a great day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, and spinning, all to get you some bites. This involves 4 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for Redfish, Cobia, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Snapper, Flounder, and Black Drum, depending on the season and conditions of the day.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 24’ Carolina skiff offshore boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat features two coolers on board and a wireless trolling motor. For your convenience, a toilet is available upon request. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you can make it a family adventure.
As for fishing licenses, the captain will take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about it. You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. If you want a first mate onboard, you may request it ahead of time, and the captain will be happy to provide one.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore
AM Nearshore trip
We were scheduled for an offshore trip but due to rougher waters we were able to reschedule the night before to a near shore trip which was perfect. We were able to catch 2 sharks then head into the intercostal and fish for about 2 hours where we caught all different species. Aaron cut up our shark for us and told us where we could have it prepared for lunch so everyone could try some shark steak. Excellent morning out with Aaron.

4hr offshore afternoon trip
Awesome Captain
We went on a 4-hour trip, and Captain Aaron was awesome! This was a birthday gift for my husband during our quick Florida trip, and the captain made sure it was the best experience. There are some really pretty views the entire way to the deep-sea fishing spots, good music, and overall we had a fantastic time. We caught multiple different species of fish, and we saw a giant sea turtle and dolphins! The captain worked with us around the weather coming in later that afternoon. We will definitely book again in the future.

4hr offshore afternoon trip
Must do adventure!
We originally booked a 4 hour off shore trip at the starting of the week, Aaron was quick to respond and advise rescheduling to another date during the week to have better weather and results. My wife and I took our 8 and 4 year old sons for their first fishing trip on a boat. Aaron was very hands on with assisting the kids (and us!) While out Aaron made sure to point out all the dolphins, sea turtles, and manatees within viewing distance. I would book another trip with Top Noch Adventures without hesitation.

Outstanding Family-Friendly Fishing Trip with Captain Aaron!
We had an absolutely fantastic fishing trip with Captain Aaron at Top Notch Adventures! From the moment we got on the boat, he was incredibly patient and helpful, especially with our two kids. He made sure they were comfortable, engaged, and having fun the entire time. Captain Aaron got us on fish right away, and when we were ready to go after something bigger, he made the necessary adjustments to find them. He went above and beyond by taking the time to teach our son how to cast properly and use a lure to fish—an experience he’ll never forget! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking guide who truly cares about making your trip a success, look no further. We can’t recommend Captain Aaron highly enough and can’t wait to book with him again!

4 Hour Trip – Inshore
Great for beginners and young kids
Aaron was great! Very patient with all 3 of us beginners. Brought my 6 year old nephew and Aaron was very patient with him - the kid was more interested in playing with the shrimp bait than fishing. Despite our lack of ability we still came back with 5 good sized fish! Aaron cleaned them and filleted them for us, the nephew loved feeding the scraps to the birds. We have been enjoying fish for dinner for the past 2 nights and still have enough fish for a few more meals! Some of these captains have a lot of positive reviews which made me wary. Rest assured that Captain Aaron deserves all of the high praise that is listed here!
