Premier Fishing Charter in Hurghada, el Gouna & Safaga Red Sea
Captain Kareem is an IGFA certified captain in Egypt & IGFA world record holder.
Captain Kareem & his crew will do their best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 10 hours to 7-day trips, mainly fishing for Dogtooth tuna, Yellowfin tuna, Amberjack, Barracuda, Dolphin, Trevally, Tuna, and Coral Trout, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 20' Sea Hunt boat that can safely take up to 3 anglers. Or on a 27’ Wahoo boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers, both boats are American built with new engines, Simrad fishfinders and Airmar Chirp transducers.
Please keep in mind that rods, reels, and terminal tackle are not included in the price of your trip. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. Bait isn’t included in the trip price, so make sure to check with captain Kareem what your options are before the trip. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with snacks and drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the skipper know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.
High end Japanese fishing gears are available for rent upon request, all Shimano Stella Reels.
Also Reefer is the only IGFA Weigh Station in the Redsea.
Transportations services availble upon request.

The guide was very nice and also very keen to catch fish. Unfortunately, the fish weren't biting that day. I was probably there at the wrong time of year.

these guys are pros, you can rent good gear, they know the places and try to do everything to ensure that you catch fish. Of the minuses - a boat without a toilet, not suitable for a family vacation, it seems to me that this is specifically for those who know where they are going (fishing), for casting, the boat is suitable for a maximum of two people, for jigging there were three of us and it was fine (not super comfortable, but ok) we fished for 4 days, there was quite a strong wind, on one of the days the wind was too strong, but these fishermen still went fishing with us (even though everyone understood that it would be almost impossible to catch fish in such conditions) for them There is no such thing as bad weather for fishing, it is both good and not so good, since you need to understand and decide about the wind yourself. in any case, it was a memorable trip, a lot of emotions and adrenaline, I have never had to fish in strong waves. on 2 of the four days we caught fish (one day we fished for about 6 hours, the other days for 11) the team is very nice and positive, which makes fishing even more enjoyable. I recommend it, but check the wind!;)

The trip to Egypt was sort of ad hoc, the one day of fishing was so even more. Both turned into a brilliant time!
Communication with Kareem was flawless, service from the pick-up at the hotel to the drop-off as well.
Fishing? Well, I would like to say something that would keep you away - but that would be unfair ;) It was an incredible amount of fun to have YF on the top within 20 min at the first stop and have an almost immediate hookup. Landed the first one, fouled a few strikes, lost one after a good fight, - played with more than a handfull Skippies through the day. Perfect over all - what else could you want?!
