Capt. Randy will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4-hour trips and 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Striped Bass depending on the season and conditions on the day. Also, spotted bass, white bass, crappie and catfish can be targeted. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 26' Angler Qwest boat that can safely take up to 10 anglers. This boat comes with a fighting chair and wireless trolling motor.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip for a small fee. Be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions and feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks, no chips please.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Hook N Up Fishing Guide! Captain Randy was absolutely the best. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Lake Martin and knew exactly where to put us on the fish. He was fantastic with our kids—patient, encouraging, and made sure everyone had a great time. We caught some really nice fish, learned a lot, and created memories our family will never forget. This was our third trip to Lake Martin and our first charter there. With certainty we will only fish with Capt. Randy on our annual lake trips. Extremely knowledgable, friendly and catches fish. He went out of his way for us, tolerated two 9 year olds, taught us about lake fishing and the community. It was a great trip, and we greatly appreciate him. 10 out of 10 Charter. You wont regret it!

Captain Randy was a very knowledgeable guide. We took our 4 kids (ages 13, 10, 8, & 5) fishing on Lake Martin. The boat was very nice and very clean. He had great equipment and knew all the local spots. The fish were being persnickety, but he worked extra hard to be sure we had a good time and caught a few. Will definitely fish with him again!
