These waters are known for Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Striped Marlin, Broomtail Grouper, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Bonito, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Guillermo also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

You’ll be casting lines from a 25’ Alvarez bay boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
