Myles Murray Guide Service – Guntersville
Running angling trips out of Guntersville, Myles Murray Guide Service invites you to check out the local fishery in style.
Capt. Myles aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, and spinning. You’re looking at 4 to 8-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Bas and Hybrid Striped Bass, depending on the weather and time of year.
You’ll be fishing from a 20’ Caymas boat with enough room for up to 2 anglers at any single time. It also includes an ice box. When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. Don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!
You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

My son and I are from south Louisiana and have been fishing salt waters all our lives. We were excited to switch it up to fresh water and Myles was the perfect guide. My wife and I had a wonderful 4 hour trip. Myles taught us how to use baitcast reels and was a patient teacher : ) We caught some great looking bass and had a blast riding on that fast boat and hanging with Myles. We'll definitely be back!

Great time, great fish!

We went out while it was overcast and cold (48). Still had a great time and Myles was able to get us some fish. Caught about a dozen good size bass (1.5-3 lbs). Will definitely use him again.
