Your adventure starts on a 34’ custom Jarrett Bay walk around yacht,that can safely take up to 6 anglers. The yacht is powered by twin 350 HP Yamaha engines and uses all the needed navigation electronics to provide a quick and safe ride to the fish. The boat comes with a toilet, heating and air conditioning and bed for your comfort.
The species you can expect to target on your trip include Marlin, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, tarpon, snapper and more. Expect to try bottom fishing, big game fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, popping, as well as drift fishing on light and heavy tackle to reel in these prized fish.
Capt. Scott will provide you with all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses needed for your trip. Kids are welcome to join aboard and you can choose whether you’ll keep the fish you catch, as Capt. Scott will clean and fillet them
for you. All you have to do is bring some food and drinks to stay energized during the trip.

My 75th Birthday Present
1/2 Day pm Fort Pierce Reef Fishing on May 1, 2025
I turned 75 and have not been on the ocean for many years. Being from Florida and the Keys. That's what I wanted. I checked reviews and went with Rising Tides, Captain Scott. It was a family fishing trip, my brother from the Keys, my Son, Daughter, and adult grandson. We had a wonderful day with Captain Scott, he was like family to us. He worked the waters for fishing holes, he had the Best fishing stories, and he took us into overtime, no one had a watch😁. The boat is beautiful, fully equipped for all your needs. 1/2 Day AM Ft Pierce reef fishing on February 23, 2025
Captain Scott and the Lady Lou gave us the Greatest Fishing Trip of all time! I'm from SE Louisiana so, I know a "little bit" about Fishing, been doing it my whole life! 2 adults and 2 eight year old boys, celebrating their birthday. We could not have asked for a better Fishing Trip than what was provided to us by Captain Scott. Scott made sure we caught fish and enjoyed our boat ride. What a great day on the water
1/2 Day pm Fort Pierce Reef Fishing on February 19, 2025
3 generations of my family went out on the water for a day of fishing on the reef. Scott was amazing in every way, from making my son feel like he was a superstar fisherman, we actually hooked a shark and Scott told my 17 year old son he is all yours, a highlight my son will remember the rest of his life. Scott was also great in accommodating my 80-year-old dad by making sure he was able to fish comfortably. I would highly recommend Rising Tides charters to anyone looking for a great day of fishing with the family.

4 Hr Trip Avalon Ocean Fishing (AM) on August 15, 2024
We booked with Captain Scott and we were not disappointed! We went 10-15 miles out to go trolling for tuna, with few bites we chose to go bottom fishing over the Cape May artificial reef. We caught well over 15 fish and had tons of fun, Captain Scott gave us plenty of useful knowledge and really helped us learn how to ocean fish properly, giving us an amazing hands on experience with the Captain at our side and helping us with every step of the way. This trip was not only extremely fun, but we learned a lot of stuff that I feel we wouldn’t have learned with someone else. We even got to catch a large striped bass at the docks. If we could give 6 stars we would! We definitely will be returning!

Captain Scott Brown says hello! He's been plying the East Coast since he was a baby. From Key West to New York, and in between – including the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas and especially Jupiter, Fl. The captain's marine career has spanned 6 decades. Many captains have given him credit for helping to spawn their careers as well. Capt. Scott started working in Stone Harbor professionally in 1973 aboard the 73’ party boat “Capt. Cramer”. However, he rapidly graduated to sport fishing aboard the “Bounty Hunter” under the legendary auspices of Captain Ronald Lane (also sailing from Stone Harbor). Over the years, one philosophy has dominated Captain Scott's consciousness. His love for the ocean and its amazing soothing and healing powers. He's found the expanses of the ocean spiritual and he often refers to it as his church. Captain Scott welcomes you to join him on the Rising Tide. He always has a great time out on the water, and he bets you will too.
