Based in Big Pine Key, Lower Keys Offshore Adventures offer family-friendly offshore, snorkeling, and reef fishing trips. The charters are run by Capt. Allen Prince, who has over 20 years of experience exploring the waters around the Florida Keys. He'll share his knowledge with you and do his best to make your trip safe, enjoyable, and productive.

You'll be fishing aboard a 26' BullsBay center console. This boat is powered by two 140 HP Suzuki engines and is equipped with all necessary navigational and fishfinding electronics. It fits up to 6 anglers at any one time.

Capt. Allen offers a variety of fishing trips, which can take you fishing the reefs or further offshore. When reef fishing, you can expect to catch Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and more. If you decide to do some offshore trolling instead, you'll see the likes of Sailfish, Tuna, Wahoo, Kingfish, and Mahi Mahi go after your bait.

Besides fishing, the captain also offers Lobster diving trips during their season. These tasty critters make for some of the most delicious meals out there, so you should definitely grab the opportunity to catch some.

Each trip includes the fishing tackle, bait, and licenses. The captain will also clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip so it's ready for you to cook home. Bring some food and drinks, as well as your fins and masks if you plan on snorkeling. Kids are also welcome on board, making these trips ideal for bonding with your family.

A Great Day on the Water

Half Day Trip – Fishing on May 18, 2026 • 2 adults

Captain Allen did a great job for us despite very windy conditions. He clearly has many different locations to find the fish when conditions change. which so often happens in May.   He taught us several techniques to land fish and we had success early and throughout the day.   Captain is very patient, relatable and friendly.  we really enjoyed his company and will absolutely use his guide services when in town again.    We took our catch to a local restaurant and had the best lunch.  Well done Captain Allen!

Amazing trip!

Half Day Trip – Fishing - 1:00 PM on March 18, 2026 • 2 adults

Despite booking last second and every other captain around cancelling due to conditions. Captain Allen Prince has zero issues taking us out for a successful trip. He was extremely good at finding the right spots and adpating to the environment we were dealt with. Despite all that we had a amazing day and brought back may yellow snapper,yellow jacks,cero mackerel and tautog all made for great eating fish. Overall captain Allen Prince is super competent and friendly would definitely recommend!

Fishing was wide slam open! We can't say enough about Captain Allen. His experience, passion, and knowledge of both fishing and where to catch fish is second to none. Whereever he brought us, other boats followed. He knew exactly where to go.  The Equipment was superior and ready to go at all times. Captain Allen was not only on top of things but very friendly, made us feel like we've  known each other for a long time. We are looking forward to going out again.

Amazing Experience!

We had an incredible experience fishing with Captain Allen! From the moment we stepped on board, he was kind, knowledgeable, and exceptionally patient—especially with our child, who is new to fishing. Captain Allen took the time to explain everything in a calm and supportive way, making sure our child felt included and confident throughout the trip.

We were thrilled to catch some beautiful yellowtail snapper, and thanks to Captain Allen’s expert guidance, we learned a lot and had a blast doing it. The best part? We got to enjoy our fresh catch at a local restaurant later that day—it was absolutely delicious!

This was more than just a fishing trip; it was a meaningful memory for our family. We can’t recommend Captain Allen enough for families looking for a fun and memorable day on the water. We will definitely book again with him in the future!

Bringing fish home.

3/4 Day Trip – Fishing on May 24, 2026 • 2 adults

Despite the high wind and rough water and the boat hand it very well. Allen still made this trip possible for us to fish. He put us on fish and we got our limit. he is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend and use Allen for a fishing charter.
