Common Sense Sportfishing runs angling trips out of Cape May and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Capt. Clint is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, and drift fishing, depending on what you’re going after. As part of their 4 to 15-hour trips, you can target species like Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, Swordfish, Tilefish, depending on the current season and weather conditions.

You’ll be fishing from a 38’ Hatteras boat with enough room for up to 6 anglers at any single time. It also includes a toilet, AC, ice box, and a fighting chair.

When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don’t have to worry about it.

You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip. Here to help you with anything you need, the first mate will be on hand during the trip. Leaving a tip for a job well done is much appreciated.

There will be complimentary snacks and drinks aboard for your convenience during the trip, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Children are welcome aboard so you’re good to get the young ones started early.
we will go the extra mile or a bit more on the time. on our boat you get what you pay for!
