Fishseeker Charters takes you out on a fun and productive day of fishing in the beautiful waters Northern Territory. Skipper Robert Marchant operates out of Darwin and can take you to the area’s near coastal waters, reefs, flats, as well as rivers. The skipper is a cordial fisherman who loves taking his guest to Australia’s bountiful waters. Pick your day and join him aboard for a wonderful day on the water.
Your adventure will start on a 20’ Black Arrow custom aluminum fishing boat that can safely take up to 2 fishos. This boat runs on a 100 HP Yamaha engine and is equipped with GPS, fishfinder, and VHF radio technology uses for efficient movement across the water. Onboard, there’s also an esky you can use to store your catch.
You and Skipper Robert will be fishing in Darwin Harbour searching for Barramundi, Queenfish, Threadfin Salmon, Trevally, and more using light tackle. If you want, you can keep the fish you catch and enjoy some tasty meals when back home. Kids are welcome to come aboard – bring them along and spend a lovely day on the water with your family.
The skipper will cover you for all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, as well as fly fishing gear. He also supplies drinks and provides lunch on 10-hour trips.

Robbie is a gun
My boyfriend and I were total novices and Robbie was very patient showing us all there is to it on a few different rods. Talked to us about tides and tactics for catching fish and about different lures and stuff. We had a lot of fun chasing tuna around but ended up catching other fish in the end. Robbie is an absolute gem would recommend this charter to anyone!!!

If you want an enjoyable fishing experience this is the one!
My partner and I are lovers of fishing from Victoria and as it was our first time in Darwin we booked through fishing booker as we had no idea where to go or who to use! We had the most fantastic half day trip with an amazing captain! He was so knowledgeable about the fishing areas to use and taught us better techniques than I had been using for years! When we return we will 100% be going through Robert! A 10/10 experience that we will definitely be doing again! Thank you again for such a wonderful morning!

Top Day Fishing in the Top End
We knew it was going to be a tough ask for a couple of beginners to catch Barramundi, but Rob our Skipper, was a fantastic teacher. He was patient and so knowledgeable. We both caught a decent size Barra each and Rob scaled and filleted our catch so we could cook it up for dinner. A fantastic afternoon out on the water!

Great guide
A great day out. Rob did everything he could to put us on fish all day long. Great knowledge of the area and the conditions, great tuition along the way, and we had a good laugh. Highly recommended experience. I'll be booking Rob again.
