San Pjero Fishing 

We caught needlefish for bait then a few good size( 8 pounds and 4 ponds) blowfish that fight like smallmouth bass. Tuly exciting. Duje is personable, explains what he is doing or recommending and why. A very good trait. I will fish with him again when i return to croatia.

Captain Dove was super professional! We succeeded catching a lot of small fishes easily and he explained us how to prepare them for eating. The most amazing part was that we succeeded catching an amazing Tuna fish!! Almost in the end. We also saw Dolphins in the water, while sailing!! Which was a great bonus!! Really recommend adventure.

The fishing trip was fantastic! We caught plenty of fish and had an amazing time out on the water. We always felt safe and well taken care of, and the experience was truly generous and memorable. A big thank you to the captain for everything—we really appreciate it!

Captain Duje was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. He made sure that we were all able to catch, from baitfish to some very sizable bluefish. Some of us were less experienced and he took the time to ensure we all knew what to do when we got a bite. Fishermen of all experiences should strongly consider Duje’s charter as he is happy to let you do as much of the fishing as you feel comfortable with. It was a slow day with the fish not confidently feeding, yet Duje’s expertise allowed us all to catch some really nice Bluefish, so that we had something impressive for the BBQ that evening. This charter was great value for money and I strongly encourage you to book it too, so that your group may have the same fun and success that we had! Thank you Duje for a great mornings fishing!

I recently had an amazing fishing trip that was simply perfect! The weather was beautiful, and I learned so much about fishing techniques from our knowledgeable guide. Duje was an excellent captain, and I highly recommend him to everyone in the sea of captains. The highlight was catching the biggest fish of my life, which was an exhilarating experience! This trip was all about making memories and enjoying nature. I can't wait to go again!

We were 4 people and had only a bit experience with fishing from a boat. But Duje our captain explained everything thing very well and showed us how it's done. The boat was bigger than expected and more than comfortable enough. In the end we cached a huge fish and we're able do had an amazing drill and an unforgettable experience. From capt. Duje to the weather everything was perfect! Despite fishing being slow at this time of year he got us on the fish and made the day awesome! We did the fishing/dinner experience and the 3 course fresh fish dinner was the best meal our entire 2 weeks in Croatia! Citadela Fish Bistro is a must stop for any fish lover! Can’t wait to return!

Am Abend davor hat Duje uns gezeigt wie man vom Ufer Tintenfisch als Köder fängt. Mit diesen Ködern sind wir dann zuerst auf Dentex gegangen. Das tolle war das, als wir jagendende Little Tunnies gesehen haben Duje sofort umgestellt hat. Dieser Strategie Wechsel brachte uns dann auch 2 schöne Little Tunnies mit je ca 7 kg. Ein tolles Erlebniss und danke Tipps zur Zubereitung auch ein sehr leckeres Abendessen. Ich kann Duje nur empfehlen, er hat Ahnung wie man Fische fängt und ist zudem sehr kinderfreundlich. Er gibt einem auch wirklich Tipps wie man auch alleine zurechtkommt.

Skipper knew what he was doing ....caught bait fish to start, then went on to catch larger blue fish. Skipper knew all the spots. Large comfy boat. Think I might have finally converted our 14yr old to fishing. All three of us had a lovely time

This is my second fishing trip with Captain Duje. This time we went fishing for some big fish. The pictures speak louder than words. Well done, Duje! See you soon! :)
