On The Line Sportfishing runs angling trips out of Boynton Beach and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Capt. Barry will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, and Tuna, depending on the season and weather conditions.

Your boat for the day will be a 252 mako that fits up to 6 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box. The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water.

The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip. You can keep anything you catch as long as it’s legal to do so. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure.

3/4 Day Trip – Offshore am on December 25, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child

If you are looking for an elite fishing experience in South Florida, look no further. I took my 13-year-old son and my girlfriend out today, and it was hands-down one of the best fishing trips we’ve ever had. The action was non-stop from the moment we hit the salt. The highlight of the day was my son landing a giant Wahoo—a total beast of a fish! The look on his face was worth the price of the trip alone. But the haul didn't stop there; we ended the day with a packed cooler: 5 Blackfin Tunas 1 Massive Wahoo 2 King Mackerel 2 Bonitas 1 Barracuda What really set this experience apart was the service. Our captain/guide didn't just put us on the fish; he took the time to clean and fillet everything for us. We were able to bring fresh, world-class Tuna and Wahoo straight from the boat to our party that night. Having "ocean-to-table" sushi that you caught yourself is an experience you can’t beat. It was fun, professional, and productive. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or taking the family out like I did, I cannot recommend this crew enough. We will definitely be back!

Lifetime Trip

Half Day Trip – Offshore on November 26, 2025 • 3 adults • 1 child

This is the second time I have gone out with Captain Barry. Last year, we caught some Wahoo and Dolphin. This year, we crushed the catch, making it a lifetime trip. Not only did we land dolphin and a nice sized Wahoo, we also landed a Black Tuna, and two good sized King Mackerel. What made this special however, was when I snagged a 8’ Hatchet Marlin!!! I was with my two kids and my dad. Captain Barry is great with all of them and made sure we had a great time. He was patient as we asked a ton of questions and always polite. I would absolutely recommend families and the serious alike to get a trip with Captain Barry and On the Line Sportsfishing!

Captain Barry was great! He took the time to explain everything to me and my teenage son. And he gave us so many fishing options. We caught blackfin tuna, red grouper, and a lot of snappers! When we come back, we’re going out again with Captain Barry!

Half Day Trip – Offshore - 11:30 AM on August 15, 2025 • 2 adults

My son (16) and I enjoyed 4 hours w Captn Barry and his well tended center console boat On The Line out of a Boynton Beach on a calm sunny day in August. Open boat in the hot sun not for sensitive passengers. On average we had 5 lines in the water and 3x 2 fish on simultaneously. We pulled 9 onboard, released 5 of them and sadly lost 2 nice ones - a mix of blackfin tuna, bonita, barracuda, mahi and wahoo. I respect Captn Barry’s practical, calm and safety oriented approach. I plan to go back on water w him in Winter/ Spring.

Spectacular day

Half Day Trip – Offshore on August 12, 2025 • 2 adults

The captain did a great job finding the fish and getting them in the boat. Caught a sailfish, a couple wahoos, a tuna, and 1/2 dozen Bonitas. Nonstop action the whole time!!! Stayed in contact with other charters as well to see who else is catching what and where. Very knowledgeable guy. If I could give 10 stars I would and I will be coming back!
