On The Line Sportfishing runs angling trips out of Boynton Beach and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Capt. Barry will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, and Tuna, depending on the season and weather conditions.

Your boat for the day will be a 252 mako that fits up to 6 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box. The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water.

The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip. You can keep anything you catch as long as it’s legal to do so. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure.

Book your trip now and hit the water with On The Line Sportfishing.

NOTE: Only 6 y.o and older children are allowed.

Half Day Trip – Offshore afternoon

Captn Barry - a steady handed fishing profi

VERIFIED
NEW

My son (16) and I enjoyed 4 hours w Captn Barry and his well tended center console boat On The Line out of a Boynton Beach on a calm sunny day in August. Open boat in the hot sun not for sensitive passengers. On average we had 5 lines in the water and 3x 2 fish on simultaneously. We pulled 9 onboard, released 5 of them and sadly lost 2 nice ones - a mix of blackfin tuna, bonita, barracuda, mahi and wahoo. I respect Captn Barry’s practical, calm and safety oriented approach. I plan to go back on water w him in Winter/ Spring.

The captain did a great job finding the fish and getting them in the boat. Caught a sailfish, a couple wahoos, a tuna, and 1/2 dozen Bonitas. Nonstop action the whole time!!! Stayed in contact with other charters as well to see who else is catching what and where. Very knowledgeable guy. If I could give 10 stars I would and I will be coming back!

We caught fish

VERIFIED

We had four or five hookups. One of the hookups was a beautiful sailfish. We had it on the line and it was jumping out of the water . We lost the fish as it was our youngests turn and he could barely reel in . When I took over for him it was too late. We also had a king fish on the line but got sharked. Then at the end of trip I did catch a larger barracuda . He put up a nice fight. Captain Barry tried his hardest to catch fish and it showed! He is the real deal!

Took his advice and brought the Spanish mackerel we caught to a nearby restaurant which they cooked for us. My 14 year old son and I Caught 15+ fish in 2.5 hours , kept 8, ate 5 within’ 2 hours. Fresh as can be. Excellent music too. Capt. Barry will see us again for sure. Highly recommend.

Half Day Trip – Offshore (AM)

Epic afternoon

VERIFIED

Fishing is always a hit or miss experience. Captain Barry was more than week equipped to help increase the odds of catching fish. Within a few minutes of setting up we hooked our first sail fish, one of 2 that afternoon. Captain Barry worked tirelessly to ensure as many catches as possible! When I return to Florida and want to fish again I will reach out to Captain Barry. 3 total fish landed, 2 sail and 1 king mackerel. Amazing adventure!
