Come on aboard with Capt. Klayton, a native to the area and experienced angler. With over 8 years of experience fishing in the Matagorda Bay, he specializes in Wade and Drift fishing that’ll get you on only the best fish.
Expect to use techniques like light tackle, drift fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning, based on the species you’re targeting. You’ll mainly be filling your ice chest with the likes of Redfish, Flounder, and Speckled Trout, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.

Your adventure begins on board a 23’ Majek m2 boat that can fit a maximum of 4 anglers. The boat is fitted with an ice box and a wireless trolling motor, and you’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip. You’re also more than free to bring your own snacks and beverages on board. You’ll even be able to take home your catch to fillet and grill for dinner later!

The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. Please keep in mind you’ll need to get a fishing license before the start of the trip.
