Offshore Fishing Adventure runs angling trips out of Crystal River and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

Come on aboard with Capt. Alan, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing and trolling based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 8-hour trips, where you’ll be fishing for the likes of Cobia, Grouper, Snapper, Sheepshead, Seabass, and Hogfish, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.

Your adventure begins on board a 23’ Parker boat that can fit a maximum of 4 anglers. The boat is fitted with an ice box and a wireless trolling motor. When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.

The vessel holds a Federal Reef and Pelagic Permit allowing the crew to provide anglers with the ability to harvest multiple species of fish in Federal Waters.

You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip per FWC regulations. All fish are filleted and bagged for the customers for no extra cost. This is a children-friendly charter, so you’re welcome to bring your kids on for a fun day on the water.
