Hi Everyone. I will be unavailable most of early Spring, late March-mid April, as myself and 2 other lifelong friends are getting married!!! Although I will be unavailable my boat will be in good hands with a really good friend, and mentor of mine, Capt Bryan. I will be setting up a profile for him but please feel free to reach out and message me in the event you can’t access his profile and mine shows as unavailable.
Spot-on Charters runs year-round angling trips out of Beaufort and wants to take you to all the best spots to find fish and have an unforgettable day on the water!
Capt. Robert is here to show you some skills and to make sure you have fun fishing these waters. The majority of the fishing will be done around various shallow grass flats that surround Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head but may include docks, trees, and bridges. You’ll be using techniques like light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and spinning, depending on what you’re going after.
As part of the 4 to 6-hour trips, you’ll be targeting Redfish, Spotted Sea Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Triple Tail, with seasonal opportunities for Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, and others, depending on the time of the year and weather conditions. You can keep anything you catch as long as it’s legal to do so. Children are welcome aboard.
Your adventure begins on board a 23’ Epic boat that can fit a maximum of 5 anglers. The boat is fitted with a wireless trolling motor. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain, so you don’t have to worry about it. The boat will be supplied with snacks, and drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.
