Last Mango Fishing Charters has a trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Fort Pierce.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Gag Grouper, Goliath Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Sailfish, Amberjack, Wahoo, Gray Triggerfish, Bull Shark, Cobia, and whatever else is biting.
For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish.
Capt. Tristram is happy to have kids aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your boat for the day is a 40' Sportfishing with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
