Sol Search Charters 

We were greeted at the dock by Captain Dave and Reef. Everything was lovely from beginning to end. We’re from Louisiana and fish often. These guys introduced us to offshore fishing. We caught plenty of fish and were treated very well. The conversation was interesting, and the knowledge of these guys is amazing. Very professional and personable. We’ve already recommended them to friends and will go back next time.

Such a great trip with a fantastic and VERY experienced captain and first mate. We trolled the morning hooking up on a variety of fish and we closed out the afternoon kite fishing for sails. Unfortunately we couldnt land either of our bites but we got some great videos of both shredding the water while we were on them! Awesome day all around!

It was our first fishing trip and we had a great time, my son catched a big kingfish. The crew was amazing and tried everything to find the fish.

The captain was spot on. we caught some fish. we had some fun. learned a lot about fishing. Dave is a great guy to go out with

the boys loved it!

We had 7 people including 3 kids. This was the cleanest fishing boat I have ever been on. Cleanliness is very important to the wives. Capt Dave went over all the details on what to expect while fishing. Safety is first priority which is important to me having 3 children on the boat. We did a few different types of fishing. I would highly recommend purchasing live bait. We had a moderate amount of action, but the action we did have was what I would consider larger fish. We had a few hooked including a nice sailfish. We couldn't bring the sailfish in due to it wrapping its bill around the wire. We also had another large fish hooked but was eaten by a shark right before we were about to see it. We ended up catching a huge Jack and King fish. Highly recommended trip for kids and families. Capt Dave and 1st Mate Lane were super patient and answered questions and really worked hard. Capt Dave cleaned the fish when we were finished. We will go out again when we return in the late fall.

Had an amazing time with Captain David, and deck hand Jeff, caught a couple barracuda early followed by a Bonita and then a black fin tuna also had a couple sailfish bites but, after that the fish stopped biting for a bit but they made sure before we went in they got us on one last fish a really nice wahoo maybe 18 to 20 lbs... even with a group of 8nthe boat was accommodating plenty of room very comfortable we will definitely be back. Hell of a way to spend my 40th birthday. Go see captain David and Jeff you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been traveling to south FL over 50 years and have been on many charters. Sol Search was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The captain, crew and vessel were outstanding. As you can see, we had a very successful day! I highly recommend and will book this charter when I come back!

We had a blast this morning with Captain Dave & Lane. There was a total of 10 in our family today and everyone enjoyed themselves. The guys were very informative with a lot of information. My husband reeled in a nice Wahoo! Definitely going to be going with them again in the future.
