Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, popping, and spinning, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 8-hour trips, where you’ll be fishing for the likes of Seabass, Bass, Flounder, Black Drum, Mahi Mahi, and Tuna, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.
Your boat for the day will be a 25’ Contender that fits up to 4 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters.
You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip. Children are welcome aboard so you’re good to get the young ones started early.

6 hour drumfish trip on May 20, 2024
Me and my fiancé went out with captain Chris and had an amazing time drum fishing. Boat was super clean and stocked with anything you could need. I would recommend captain chris to anyone from an inexperienced fisherman to a professional and anyone in between. Fish were large plentiful and the boat atmosphere was great. Fish were filleted great and i can’t wait to eat them. 10/10

We are 4 tourists coming from Denmark and wanted to try fishing in the states. We had an incredible experience where we saw a bunch of dolphins and caught a lot of different fish. Captain was very friendly and informing, also he did the “all inclusive”, fixing tangled lines, putting fish over ice and removing the hooks from the fish, so we could have full focus on reeling the fish in. We pleasantly noted that the captain wasn’t to strict on the four hours and was kind to show us different styles of fishing used. Only real con about the ride was probably the ride from coast to the fishing spots, just pretty limited space and a tight grip needed not to be blown into the water, but I suppose that isn’t really avoidable at such high tempo. But that doesn’t change upon the fact that it was a great tour and we would recommend it to people considering a fishing charter.

Can’t say enough about Captain Chris and our trip the other morning! Very accommodating which made it possible for our young kids to come along and participate. Provided a cooler for our use for snacks and drinks, had great rods and quick sets ups which allowed us ample fishing time. Be aware the waves can be big and choppy so pre-medicate for sea sickness ;)
