we took this trip as a garduation gift for our son. he had a great time and he caught a barracuda and a huge Mahi! He had so much fun reeling it in. Captain Fransisco was great. He is extremely good at his job and his boat is beautiful. He was very friendly and worked so hard to catch fish. i would highly recommend this charter.
I booked this deep sea trip for myself and my 13 year old son who absolutely loves fishing. We had the best time. Francisco was amazing! We caught a bunch of Mahi Mahi.. it was a great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in deep sea fishing in the San Juan area. Reservé este viaje al mar profundo para mí y mi hijo de 13 años, al que le encanta pescar. Lo pasamos brutal! Francisco es excelente capitán! Atrapamos un montón de Mahi Mahi... fue una gran experiencia y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier persona interesada en la pesca en alta mar en el área de San Juan.
Two of us went this time compred to 6, and we ended up catching a white marlin, a barracuda, a yellow tail tuna, and 2 mahi mahis! Highly recommend! Towards the end of the trip we mentioned we would like a tuna, and our captian reset the lines and sure enough we were able to get one! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, all in all a great experience.
Had a great time with Captain Francisco! Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, great conversation and caught a big tuna! We'll be back.
We had another booking cancel on us for engine troubles and Francisco was nice enough to take us out on very short notice. We went on a 4 hour afternoon trip. it was a relatively windy day which made for choppy seas and we couldn't stir up a single bite. Francisco seemed knowledgeable and had plenty of experience with the area. Can't really blame him for fish not biting, but we could have used a little more on the interaction side. 4 hours of trolling through 8-10 foot seas in the sun in relative silence with no drinks, music, or real discussion or instruction on what was going on was a bit of a letdown for us.
