Trophy Pike fishing Netherlands
Go After Dutch Trophy Pike – Wherever You Are
Join Dusk Till Dawn Fishing Experience and discover why the Netherlands is one of Europe's top destinations for Pike fishing. With a vast network of lakes, rivers, and canals, there's always a hotspot nearby — and Captain Patrick is ready to take you there.
Whether you're staying in Amsterdam, the countryside, or elsewhere, we'll find a productive location close to you — or head to Captain Patrick's favorite central waters like Ketelmeer, Veluwemeer, or Gooimeer. These areas consistently produce big, aggressive Pike and offer stunning natural surroundings to match.
Your guide, Captain Patrick, is a seasoned angler and Westin Pro Team member.
With years of experience and access to high-end gear, he'll help you target Pike, Zander, Perch, and more — but Pike is always the main event.
You'll fish from a comfortable, stable 18' Oeienbaat boat, fully equipped for 1–4 anglers with:
Westin rods
Shimano reels including Stella, Twin Power, Vanford, and Tranx.
Patrick specializes in casting soft and hard baits — a fast-paced, visual technique that often delivers explosive strikes. If conditions change, jigging or dropshotting are also effective and available.
Expect more than just great fishing — these waters are home to incredible wildlife and scenery, making every outing a full outdoor experience.
What to bring:
Snacks & drinks
Weather-appropriate clothing
Sunglasses & sunscreen
A Vispas (fishing license) – easily available online (ask Patrick for help)
Let's plan your ideal Pike adventure — whether it's near Amsterdam or out in wild waters.
Your dream catch is just a cast away.

I booked this trip for my son and his friends and they had a great time. They thought Patrick was great and they caught multiple huge pike! Patrick was also great communicating with me prior to the trip. Will book again!

it was great fishing with the boys and managed to get a good amount of big pikes

He was a great person and was a great angler. Cant ask for much more.

was a great day out boys! amazing fishing
Great day on the water! We explored many different spots, the guide was dedicated and knowledgeable. A really nice and successful day of fishing.

was great fishing with both of you! see you again brothers
Because the wheather forcast was super hot, Patrick decised to start early! He predicted that the zander will be active early morning and damm he was right!!! The first two hours were full of hard strikes of big zanders. When the sun showed herself more the zanders lost their intrest in our Baits. This is the time to search for open water pikes he said! Using the lifescope we searched on the open water for signals. After fifteen minutes or so, he spotted a signal close to the bottom. He points out the direction to cast. I made the cast and let the bait sink to the bottom. Oké, now just reel slow Patrick advices. Then a strike like no other follows!!! I set the hook. Oo mannn the fish are strong on this by a big river fed lake! After a picture the around ninety cm swims of strong. We repeat this proces several times. It was exceptional to see witch presision is needed to effectively use the lifecope. That is why you hire a guide on this kind of waters. When the sun was on the highest point we satisfied left the water. After all a excellent morning on the water. Thanks for the adventure Patrick!!!

Thanks for the kind words. It was a pleasure having you on board. See you again in the summer🙏
Captain was very knowledgeable and friendly, caught tons of massive perch, had a great time
