Based out of Yzerfontein, Shawn Bester will show you a memorable time on the water.

Capt. Shawn is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You’ll be using techniques like trolling, handline, jigging, and spinning, depending on what you’re going after. As part of their 5-hour trips, you can target species like Snoek and Yellowtail Amberjack, depending on the current season and weather conditions.

Your boat for the day will be a 26’ RapidCat that fits up to 8 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with a toilet and an ice box.

All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can. Don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!

You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.
