Capt. Basheer will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in light tackle and trolling, and jigging techniques, all to get you on that bite. This involves 2.5 or 3-hour trips, mainly fishing for Barracuda, King Mackerel, Queenfish, and Grouper, depending on the season and conditions of the day.
Your adventure begins on board kayaks for groups of up to 5 anglers. The guide’s kayak is fitted with a Fishfinder.
All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can. Don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!
These trips are strictly catch-and-release, so expect to return anything you catch back to the water.
There will be complimentary snacks, and drinks aboard for your convenience during the trip, but feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks if you prefer.

Palm Jumeirah Guided Fishing Trip on April 1, 2025
Had a fun day on the water but managed to catch only one small snapper on a sabiki rig. The guide was fun, showed up on time and took us fishing around the bridge/pass between the Palm and Burj al Arab. Great scenery around and you will see some big fish such as King Mackerel patrolling the waters because you're fishing pretty shallow water. We did jigging and casting but didn't manage to catch anything significant. Would recommend to any angler visiting Dubai, as it will allow you to see the local marine life at a good price point.

The 2 guys who met me were polite and on time. Rods and reels were terrible. Tips broken and reels unusable. Only 1 good rod available Do not recommend until they update the gear.
