Floating Debris Outfitters – Landbased
Floating Debris Outfitters runs surf fishing trips out of Corpus Christi and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.
Capt. Davey will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in popping, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Sharks but also for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, and Tarpon, depending on the season and conditions of the day.
You’ll be fishing on food from Corpus Christi’s beautiful beaches in groups of up to 10 anglers at any single time.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. Fishing licenses aren’t included, so make sure to get them prior to the trip.
You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so.
This is a children-friendly charter, so you’re welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.

4 Hour Trip – Surf Fishing
Great Time
We had never tried a surf fishing charter before, but it was a blast. Captain Davey had all nice equipment and his crew was very helpful. We took our two little ones on our trip with us this time and in the past remember baiting their hooks constantly. Never a problem with Captain Davey or his crew. He even took the littles ones under his wing and coached them through the trip. Great experience, great crew and I will defiantly book another trip with his charters in the future. My little girl came out on top and only being 9 years old landing a Hammerhead shark, stingray, skipjack, Gafftop, three catfish, two different crabs and a little hermit crab. She will remember this forever. Thanks again Captain Davey. We all had fun.
