Based out of Vero Beach, but we also launch from Sebastian and Ft.Pierce. Bottoms Up 2 is your ticket to a memorable time on the water.
Capt. Justin aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you're after! Depending on the trip and species, you'll be using techniques like bottom fishing, and trolling. You're looking at 8-hour trips, where you'll usually go after the likes of Dolphin, King Mackerel, Sheepshead, Snapper, Wahoo, and Grouper, depending on the weather and time of year. Deep drop trips include Golden & Blue Line Tile and Yellow Edge Grouper.
Your adventure begins on board a 33' Hydra-Sports boat that can fit a maximum of 6 anglers. The boat is fitted with a toilet, and a wireless trolling motor.
3 2023 Suzuki motors, EPIRB, live well, on board cooler and USCG life Preservers. Also is equipped with a Seakeeper which helps with motion of the boat during higher seas. This into helps with sea sickness.
When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.
Capt. Justin runs trips together with his first mate, who's there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done.

Booked a 5 hr near shore trip and capt Justin and mate John didn't disappoint. Probably 30 to 40 fish that were kept and brought back to the dock. On way back in capt Justin saw what he thought was a bait ball but cone yo find out was a school of jack cravelle. We hooked into one and for the next 20 to 30 minutes I fought this 40 to 50 pound jack until I landed it. What a battle and what a personal best for me. Gonna DEFINITELY BOOK with captain Justin and 1st mate John again and doing a deep sea trip next time. Thank so much captain for an awesome time. Can't wait till next time.

We had a great day out with Bottoms Up! Capt. Justin had the right balance of patience and determination, and first mate John was the hardest working mate I've ever seen on a charter. Together they were easy to talk to, fun to be around, and put us on the fish! We didn't feel rushed for time and even if we had not caught anything, it still would have been a great charter. Luckily though, we caught several kings, a few snapper, some other bottom fish BUT also a sailfish!! Truly a great experience, and we cannot wait to go out with them again.

Captain Justin and his mate John were excellent guys, very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to catch a good amount of fish, one which was a 55 pound king fish that was 52 inches and also caught some other great fish. The boat ride was great, perfect size boat. The guys were very friendly and really helpful while knowing exactly what they were doing. We will 1000% book a fishing trip with Justin again the next time we come to Florida. Thanks again! Perfect day fishing. Captain Justin Gay & Mate John were perfect hosts keeping our hooks bated & removing caught fish from our poles. Their knowledge of the species, answering questions and catching methodology was spot on. We caught Trigger, Snapper, and Sea Bass. Our catch was fileted and our evenings dinner was fantastic. Great Day of fishing and family togetherness. Highly recommended.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
