I have spent a lifetime on the water. I have seen almost every scenario on the lake and can show new techniques all over the lake. My extensive time on the water ensures an exciting and productive trip!
Choose from a half-day trip or go all-in with a full-day adventure. I specialize in Bass and Crappie trips, I am also proficient in Northern Pike, Muskie, and more while fishing from a 22-foot multi-species boat that comfortably accommodates up to five passengers.

The boat is a new Vexus DVX multi-species boat with 4 sonar screens and 5 different types of transducers, including a forward view unit, which has changed the game. On the back, there are two shallow water anchors to help with dock fishing and staying on top of fish. One of the seats in the boat is an air ride seat and provides additional comfort to those who are sensitive to rough waves.

Tanner was wonderful! Great communication and a really nice guy. We caught a little of everything….bass, northern pike, sunfish etc. We hope to go again! Very fun!!!!
we had a wonderful time! Tanner was so kind and considerate to my six-year-old niece. He has a beautiful boat and knows the good fishing spots! we would absolutely book with him again.

Capt. Tanner runs trips out of Grays Bay, Minneapolis aboard a 22 ft Vexus boat. These waters are known for Musky, Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass and he will show you how to catch them, whether you're trolling, spinning or bottom fishing. With 4 years of experience, he has a trick or two up his sleeve, and the only way to learn is to join him out on the water!

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
