Speaking of which, you have the option of 4,8,&12hour trips, where you'll be fishing for the likes of Seabass, Flounder, Bluefish, Tilefish, and Tautog, depending on the specific season and the day's weather.
You'll be fishing from a custom 37 foot Stapleton boat ,with enough room , and coast guard inspected for up to 12 anglers at any single time. It also includes a toilet, bunks,and an ice box.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.
There will be a first mate on board to help you with anything you need. Tips for good service are always appreciated.
This is a children-friendly charter, so you're welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.

Our Best Family Trip
4 Hour Trip (PM) – Inshore on July 9, 2024
Captain DJ and Will were very experienced. We started our nearshore trip with some trawling. When that wasn’t working, the captain adapted quickly and took us out a couple miles to fish some wrecks. The sea bass started pouring into the boat, sometimes two on one line! All told, we came home with seven keepers plus one Spanish mackerel. They helped us throughout with lots of bait, lure options, and advice. We take a fishing trip every summer and this is the first one we came home from with dinner. Thank you, Capt DJ and Will.

DJ and Will, we’re great ! Because folks were not having much luck in the bay they took us offshore and we had a great day. That’s the kind of expertise you get with a professional !!! We caught sea bass, spanish mackrel, bonita and had a fabulous dinner. We enjoyed being on the Double Trouble and catching fish with DJ and Will. I would highly recommend booking a trip with them . Crew was great with our family. We had younger kids and they were involved and had a good time. We caught a bunch of fish. Spanish Mackerel & Bonito. The crew prepared the fish we caught and we enjoyed them for dinner later on. I would only recommend some sea sickness medication if going out to sea has affected you in the past.
