There’s a fish with your name on it in Puerto Vallarta and Carrillo Team will help you catch it! Captain Chema will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from years of professional experience.
These waters are known for Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Yellowfin Tuna, Roosterfish, Wahoo, Cubera Snapper, Amberjack, Jack Crevalle, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few!
You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
The fish caught are yours to take home, so long as they meet regulations. Capt. Chema can even clean your catch for you. Now that’s dinner!
Capt. Chema operates a 29’ Nava center console with a capacity for 4 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Chema will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to assist you and make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10%–20% tip at the end of the day is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Don’t leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

8 Hour Trip
Big Pacific Sailfish caught!!
Chema and Gabriel were great. The six of us had a fun time out on the water. Chema was very knowledgeable about deep sea fishing and knew were the hot fishing spots were. Gabriel the deck hand was a hard worker and ensured everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of. On our trip we caught a very large Pacific Sailfish! What a great experience! Chema and Gabriel were very accommodating and it was a wonderful experience to spend our day fishing in Puerto Vallarta with them. Thank you!

Full day for monsters
Crew was great!
Crew was great, and we had a great time. The fishing was a little slow but we still got 7 amber jacks, a shark and a mahi-mahi. We had an unexpected storm push in, on us (weather forecast said the storm was coming 4 hours later). The storm put a pause on fishing and it was a rough ride to get out of it, but the crew made the most of it and got us to a place we could continue fishing. This crew did everything they could to get us fish. I would definitely recommend them and I'll be fishing with them again.

Amazing
Very amazing crew, they know what they're doing, they show way to help catch fish. They cast the lines out for you so only thing you have to do is reel and fight the fish. They know spots for fishs. After we exceed our limit for fish at about 3 hours in they offered to take us to a coastal town, they brought us to the town to a little restaurant. The restaurant cooked one of our fish and we shared the fish with the crew. After done eating we set back to the city and did some fishing here and there. Overall a great experience and would recommend!!

Mixed bag day with captain Chema
Had a great experience fishing down in PV with captain chema and crew aboard el profeta. Captain very knowledgeable of the fishing area took us spot to spot searching for action as fish werent really fired up at first but we found them and filled the bag with mixed catches having a blast as the fun never stops great day. 100 percent going back to fish with Captain Chema and crew as they are top of the line in what they do fishing is the name of the game . As he says We go for the big one

One of our best vacation days.
Team went all out to make us comfortable. Made delicious snacks for us. Very attentive to our needs. Caught two big fish( sorry forgot names of fish....I'm not really a fisherman). Communication skills excellent. Will definitely choose this Captain on my next trip.
