Sarasota has a fish with your name on it, so let Charter Sauce Fishing help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captains Joseph and Kayden can tell you all about them.
These waters are known for Tarpon, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Snook, Cobia, Black Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Tripletail, Sheepshead, Pompano, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few!
For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Capt. Joseph and Kayden also offer fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
You're welcome to keep some of the fish you catch, so long as it's legal. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home without any hassle. Your next meal doesn't get any fresher than that!
Your excursion begins aboard a 23' Gause Built center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but be sure to let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent from the very beginning. They answered all of our questions about which trip would be the best fit for our group and were incredibly accommodating when we had to reschedule because of a tropical storm affecting the area. It was clear that the captain genuinely wanted us to have the best trip possible. Captain Kayden was knowledgeable, personable, and a lot of fun to talk with throughout the day. We caught snook and mangrove snapper, and although it was a tough day of fishing, Captain Kayden worked hard and did everything he could to put us on fish. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a memorable fishing trip!

Jennifer we really appricate you taking the time to leave a review and wanna thank you again for choosing to fish with us.
Kayden was great! i went out with him last week with my son. Communication prior to going out was prompt, he arrived early, had bait and was ready to fish!! Boat was clean and in great shape. I would highly recommend!! He was awesome with my 10yo son, and he put us on a bunch of fish. Thanks again Kayden!!
We had an awesome trip! Even with the storms that rolled in earlier in the week, stirring up the water, Kayden was able to put us on some great fishing. We caught Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Gag Grouper, Sheepshead, Toad Fish (Mother-in-law fish LOL!), & Tarpon!

Casey thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and thank you for choosing to fish with us. Until next time.
