South Padre Island has a fish with your name on it, so let Sunrise Charters help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Noe can tell you all about the local fishery.

Depending on the season, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, and plenty more. During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Feel free to take home some of the fish you catch, so long as regulations allow it. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home to eat. Talk about bang for your buck!

Children, ages 10 and up, are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

Capt. Noe welcomes you aboard a 21’ Majek bay boat with space for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait can be acquired for an additional price.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. There will be some drinks on offer, but be sure to let the captain know if you wish to bring your own.
