If you’re ready to love fishing in Del Rio, look no further than Slick Rock Outfitters. Your guide for the day is Captain D.W. which allows you to benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

Depending on the time of year, you might catch Alligator Gar, Carp, Tilapia, and anything else that you see, as you will be bowfishing on these trips.

Children are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

Capt. D.W. will bring you aboard a 21’ Tracker center console that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. D.w. will supply all the necessary equipment for you.

You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
