James and mister Bill could not be beat, They worked hard to keep our bait in the water, They were very very pleasant to spend this Saturday morning with , James worked hard to find a hot spot with good sized fighting fish, I just fed a large Easter dinner which include fresh pan fried fish, even the youngsters wolfed it down, you just can’t go wrong by hooking up with Reel Addiction II, I promise we will be back next year, Thanks James, Thanks Bill!

Jimmy and his first mate Bill are two of the finest people you will ever meet. Combine that with their nose for putting you right on the fish makes for an incredible trip. We caught Amberjack, Red Snapper, Scamp Grouper, Triggerfish, and more from the moment we stopped at our first destination up until the last cast hit the water. It was a 5 hour trip filled with catching fish, laughing and having real conversation with two guys who have a joy for life as well as being guides. Our only wish was the weather would have cooperated so we could have gone out a couple more times while we were there. Go experience fishing with these guys. You will never forget it. We look forward to March so we can go again.

As a fisherman, and understanding everything that means, Captain Jim and his deckhand Bill did what they could to get us on fish.  We couldn’t get out onto the big water due to weather, so we trolled inside, and managed to find some Spanish Mackerel.  Listening to the banter on the radio, it was sounding like we did pretty good all things considered.  Jim and Bill were friendly and engaging to my family, and we had great conversation throughout the day.  The fishing and weather could have been better, but as Captain Jim said so eloquently as we discussed the world’s problems, “I’m a guide not God.”  Truth!

We were not blessed with good weather and the fish just were not biting but that is always a risk you take. Captain James did a great job jumping around a looking for some action. We were able to walk away with a bag full of perch with definitively felt like a win after running into some others who had a sad 0 in their books. It was a very nice boat, gear and conversation so despite our poor luck (fishes fault) I would recommend a trip with Captain James cause he pulled out all the tricks for us and came thru.

Tough fishing but captain Jim and his first mate were nice and fun guys to fish with.  Although fish didn’t cooperate they were still able to get us a few fish. They tried very hard to make sure we got fish despite the conditions.  Thanks I’ll definitely book again when I come back.
