Excited to go fishing in Bolivia, NC? Look no further than Reel-Bad Intentions Fishing Charter! With Captain Adam at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Around here, it's common to catch Flounder, Speckled Trout, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Black Seabass, and more with any luck. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Adam can also take up to 2 guests Flounder gigging.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
You'll be dropping lines from a 25' Center console with a capacity for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
No need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group; the captain will provide it. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

We caught a couple of blue fish and a skate, but couldn’t seem to land anything else on the boat. We blame the tide because the captain did his best to lead us to more fish. We had a great time nonetheless. Even a so so day fishing is better than a good day at work. We would definitely use him again. Nice boat and even nicer captain.

I’ve taken charter fishing boats for over 15 years, and I can confidently say that Captain Adam stands above the rest. You simply won’t find a better charter experience. I went out with three of my teenage grandsons, and they had the experience of a lifetime. We caught plenty of fish, and both Captain Adam and First Mate Cody made sure the boys had professional-grade fishing rods, plenty of bait, and nonstop encouragement to keep them engaged the entire trip. Plenty of fish! What truly set them apart was their patience and dedication to teaching. They truly have a genuine passion for Fishing. They took the time to explain different fishing techniques and helped my grandsons understand which rods and methods were best for various casting strategies. Their enthusiasm, knowledge, and kindness made the outing both fun and educational. Captain Adam even brought a small bean chair so I could be comfortable throughout the excursion—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. His rates are fair and very competitive, making this experience not only top-tier but also accessible. This was more than just a fishing trip—it was a meaningful and unforgettable bonding experience with my grandsons, made possible by two true professionals. I can’t recommend Captain Adam and First Mate Cody highly enough. Highly recommended- you’ll have a fantastic time!
