The Florida Bay Scallop lives in seagrass beds in waters anywhere from 4-10 feet of depth. Scallops may be easily found on or near the bottom of the seagrass beds and outlying sandy patches in the flats.
Scalloping can be compared to an easter egg hunt! Sometimes Scallops can even swim away when they see you, but they don't swim too fast. You will snorkel along with a guide and keep your found Scallops collected in a mesh bag. Enjoy the fun and make a memory you’ll be sure never to forget!
The 2004 fully outfitted 26' Tri-toon boat is a luxurious vessel with comfortable seating, fully covered to protect you from the sun. This boat also has an offshore radio, all necessary safety equipment, a color GPS/fish finder, as well as large coolers, and tons of storage. This boat is very powerful with a 300 hp 4 stroke engine and provides a very stable ride with its tri-toon design. It is also wheelchair accessible.
Your captain will include all necessary snorkeling equipment and bags to collect them in. There will be water, ice, and storage available as well. You'll get assistance from the crew collecting your bounty and pictures of your experience.

Fishing & Scalloping Combo
Fantastic trip
Had a great trip with Bobby and Alyssa. Fished half a day and Scalloped the other half. Bobby and Alyssa are one of the nicest couples you will ever meet. They work hard to make you feel at home on their well equipped boat. The weather was a little rough but that didn’t stop the 2 of them from trying to put us on fish. They went above and beyond running to different spots to put us on fish. The fish were not biting as much as we hoped it was not for lack of trying. We put a dozen mangroves in the box before heading back to Scallop. They put us on the Scallops…We managed to harvest our 4 gallons fairly quickly. I was a first timer and the two of them showed me what yo look for and I had a ball. Overall and excellent day with a great captain and 1st mate. Can’t wait to fish with them again.

Great family fishing day
Bobby and his wife were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My family enjoyed their company . They both are very patient, easy going and made our day of fishing and scalloping a relaxing day of family fun. We even have clean and ready to cook fish for dinner! This is THE Team to go with in Crystal River
Feels like hanging out with your buddy on his really nice boat. All fun, no stress scalloping. We limited and the mate cleaned the catch before we returned to the dock (not a common service for scalloping guides). Sent us home ziplock bags full of fresh scallops. 10/10 will use again.

Scalloping Full Day - 7 Hour
Outstanding and Fabulous!!
Bobby and his wife Alyssa were amazing. We booked for a full day of scalloping, but after 31/2 hours we had our limit in scallops. Super friendly and helpful in getting started, since it was our first time scalloping. Will definitely book with them again and will spreading the word to family members and friends.

Scalloping adventure
These guys were great. Easily accommodating for our large party. Because of the moon phase and high tides we had to move around to avoid current and depth for children. They were accommodating and helped us catch scallops as well. We had a great time! Will definitely do it again.
