Jack Crevalle, Speckled Trout, Snook, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Redfish, and more could be biting if conditions are right. You’ll target your catch by light tackle fishing, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

You’ll be casting lines from a 17’ Crestliner skiff with space for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

You can’t go wrong when you bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
