These waters are known for Almaco Jack, Red Emperor Snapper, Rusty Jobfish, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Bonito, Cobia, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Giant Trevally, Bohar Snapper, Green Jobfish, and more. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 30’ Center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Mohamed has rods and reels for you, along with lures.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! You’ll need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks and snacks provided on board, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, and you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
