Line Sided Guide Service is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Lake Whitney.Captain Robert will be your guide, so you'll benefit from years of angling experience.
Striped Bass, White Bass, Catfish, and more inhabit these waters if conditions are right. On these trips, you can expect to troll using light tackle. You're free to keep some of the fish you catch, so long as regulations allow it. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. How's that for fresh seafood?
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll find yourself aboard a 22' Sea Hunt center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Line Sided Guide Service.

I booked this trip for my 10 year old son and I the day before and we had a great time. Even though the fishing was a little slow across the lake we still caught a bunch and had plenty to take home. Captain Robert found some great spots and we learned a new fishing technique.

thank you
Robert was awesome, he was very helpful, nice and talkative. Robert made the entire day worth while. I would definitely recommend him as a guide to anyone...

Thank you, yall are great people.
Slow fishing but still had a good time. Thank you!

Thank you they were great people to have on the boat.

Capt Robert was an absolute pleasure. We only caught one fish in spite of Capt Robert working hard continuously to find the fish which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Thank you, yall were an amazing bunch of people to have on the boat. I wish the fish would have cooperated for yall.
Fishing was slow because of a severe storm thr night before. We were still able to catch fish. He worked hard to ensure we enjoyed the trip. Will def book with Capt. Robert again

Thank you Earl
