Higher Power Fishing Charters
There’s a fish with your name on it in Orange Beach, and Higher Power Fishing Charters will help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Benjamin can tell you all about them. Fuel is not included in the trip cost.
Around here, fishing is popular for Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Gag Grouper, and many more! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Benjamin can make it happen.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner!
Capt. Benjamin runs a 37’ Cape Horn center console with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Benjamin has rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip in cash is paid in full to the First Mate. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing!
Some essentials to bring are snacks, drinks, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Higher Power Fishing Charters will make it easy for you to go fishing in Orange Beach. So, how about booking that trip?
