Depending on conditions, you might hook into Golden Dorado, Carp, Catfish, Ray, and anything else that bites. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Ezequiel also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Fishing on these trips is limited to catch and release. If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! There will be some light snacks provided on board.
Your vessel for the day is a 20' Angler with a capacity for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips, and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip. The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing!
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
